The Highbrow Hanover is owned by Ashley and she is a brow artist specializing in Microblading & ombr\u00e9-powder brows. She grew up in Hanover and was so excited to see the downtown area growing with new businesses. Ashley decided she wanted to be a part of the heart of downtown and branched out on her own in 2021.<\/p>\n
