Main Street Hanover Invites Community to Support Local Impact During Give Local York<\/strong><\/p>

Hanover, PA<\/strong> \u2014 Main Street Hanover is encouraging the community to come together in support of local nonprofits during Give Local York<\/span><\/span> on Friday, May 1, 2026. This 24-hour day of giving provides an opportunity for residents and supporters to make a meaningful impact by investing in organizations that strengthen the York County community.<\/p>

As a nonprofit dedicated to downtown revitalization, Main Street Hanover continues to demonstrate the power of community support through measurable impact. According to its most recent Annual Report (FY24\u201325), the organization welcomed 18 new businesses to downtown Hanover, hosted events attracting more than 6,100 attendees, and generated over 95,000 digital engagements to promote local businesses and initiatives.<\/p>

\u201cGive Local York is a powerful reminder that collective generosity fuels real, lasting change,\u201d said Moriah Tyler<\/span><\/span>, Executive Director of Main Street Hanover. \u201cEvery donation, no matter the size, helps us continue creating a vibrant downtown through events, beautification, and business support.
