HANOVER,<\/b> PA<\/b>. \u2013<\/b>Main Street Hanover hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 to unveil the fourth rotation of local artwork on the transformed fa\u00e7ade of the Hanover State Theater at 39 Frederick Street.<\/p>\n

The project was a joint initiative of the Saturdays on Main Street Committee and the Hanover Area Arts Guild and Gallery artists.<\/p>\n
Strategically placed, unique pieces along the theater\u2019s outer walls provide eye catching and thematic depictions in accordance with the display\u2019s theme of \u201cFor the Love of Hanover\u201d.<\/p>\n
Main Street Hanover would like to recognize the following businesses and individuals involved in the art initiative: Hanover State Theater for allowing the committee to continue its art rotation; Schmuck Lumber for donating materials; Jennifer Robinson and Friends of Hanover State Theatre for mural upkeep; Kristin Newman, Saturdays on Main Street and Chair of Fa\u00e7ade Artwork; and Hanover Area Arts Guild and Gallery artists for donating their artwork.<\/p>\n
